In 2013, LIRONWORKS emerged from the sparks of a grinding wheel—Founded by the industrial veterans which are weary of watching workers breathing toxic dust and factories bleeding money for inconsistent quality。 We set out to reclaim control of the process. Driven by a strong sense of responsibility, we got a vision that the workstation not only for our factory but also can be shared by peer enterprises, promoting the development of this industry together, inviting more people to reap the benefits.
The early years forged our resilience. We were obsessed with creating adaptive system—robots that could learn like craftsmen. Five generations of prototypes were scrapped for pursuing higher precision. Supply chain hurdles forced us to vertically integrate critical components. And when clients balked at adopting automation, we pioneered 1-week training programs to bridge the skills gap.
